This audio recording was more difficult to do than the other writing exercises, because it’s difficult to think on your feet and express yourself in another language–particularly recording alone in your room. I definitely showed improvement from the last “parlare,” particularly in talking in the past tense. There were a few pronunciation errors like “sell-ebra-ray” instead of “chell-ebra-ray” and a couple of pronoun mistakes, but overall, I could communicate what I did last week. In the future, I hope to get more comfortable speaking in Italian, especially in situations where I can’t plan ahead what I’ll say.
